The increased thickness of our Loose Lay flooring improves underfoot comfort, sound reduction, and creates a warmer floor when laid over concrete.
Waterproof
Made for projects that include areas which are commonly exposed to topical moisture. It is ideal for wet areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, break rooms, common areas, and basements. This product is unaffected by seasonal changes in relative humidity (RH) which can damage other types of flooring over time.
No Transitions
The height of our Loose Lay flooring is equal to most carpet tiles allowing the two to meet with no unsightly transitions.
Flexible Installation
Allows for limitless design creativity with endless installation layouts including herringbone, bordering, stacking, and offset installs.
Fast Installation
Loose Lay flooring combines increased weight with a specialized backing that allows it to be installed without the use of adhesives. The increased thickness hides minor subfloor irregularities which saves time and cost on subfloor preparation.

Anti-Microbial Finish
